We design and maintain this website using accessibility practices informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an engineering target, not a legal certification. We do not claim full WCAG conformance.

Measures Taken

This website uses live text, meaningful primary headings, native page landmarks, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation, and styles that respect reduced-motion preferences. A keyboard-operable Accessibility button appears on every page and links to this statement.

Compatibility

The website supports modern browsers and their built-in zoom and keyboard features. Accessibility semantics have been inspected in Chrome. Testing with VoiceOver and other screen readers remains necessary; we have not verified compatibility with every browser or assistive technology.

Known Limitations

Accessibility review is ongoing. Full screen-reader testing and full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance verification have not been completed, and some Squarespace and third-party components, including future listing search and map features, may need further testing or correction. Please report any barrier you encounter.

Squarespace supplies navigation, forms, and other site components. We review these components and seek accessible alternatives where practical. External websites linked from this site are reviewed separately when they form part of an essential service.
